About the Role:

Philips is looking for a passionate Software Engineer II to join its technology division in Bangalore. In this role, you’ll work on designing and developing secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant cloud-based services that are essential to the healthcare ecosystem. The position focuses on using Microsoft stack technologies such as .NET Framework/C#, SQL Lite, React, and Filament to deliver high-quality and reliable solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and compliant cloud-based applications.
• Design platform services using .NET/C#, React, and other modern technologies.
• Develop and maintain SQL databases, stored procedures, and data models.
• Work collaboratively in a SAFe Agile/Scrum environment ensuring sprint goals are met.
• Troubleshoot integration and production issues effectively.
• Partner with operations to ensure system stability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct POC development to evaluate emerging technologies.

Key Technical Skills:

.NET Framework, C#, React, Filament, SQL, WCF, WPF, T-SQL, XML, JSON, Cloud Services, Agile/Scrum

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA / BS) in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency with .NET/C# and JavaScript-based frameworks.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving mindset and collaborative working attitude.
• Commitment to learning new technologies and delivering quality software.

Work Environment:
